Worst Day Ever
It all started with a terrible case of bedhead hair. I couldn't do it to look decent. As I was dashing out the door, I fell and gracefully all over my new shoes. To make matters worse, I was totally late for school.

A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me more info feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to run away and hide.
